We hope to describe to users in as simple and clear language as possible how we collect, use, store, and share relevant user information. This privacy policy applies to all products and services linked to this page. In addition to this privacy policy, we may also provide product-specific privacy statements for different products and services (please refer to Appendix 1 for details). If a Zhuhai Mingting product or service has a separate product privacy statement, such statement shall prevail. For matters not covered by the product privacy statement, this privacy policy shall apply.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Collection, Use and Disclosure of General Statistical Information

When you visit our website, we collect certain general information, such as download frequency, the number of clicks on our website, and usage statistics regarding our software products. This information is referred to as "general statistical information" in this policy. We use and store this data only in aggregated form, not on an individual basis. When you fill out an online form to register for the use of our products and services, we collect the information in the form as well as other information you may provide to us. This may include information such as first name, last name, country/region, email, phone number, etc.

2.2 Privacy Policy Supplement - Google User Data

Our application uses Google APIs to access users' Google Cloud Storage for backing up, synchronizing, and restoring user data. To ensure the security and privacy of user data, we adhere to the following principles when handling Google user data:

• Data access : Our application accesses users' Google Cloud Storage data only after obtaining explicit authorization from the user. This data is used solely for backup, synchronization, and restoration purposes, and we will not access any other types of data without the user's consent.
• Data use : We use the data obtained from users' Google Cloud Storage to provide backup and recovery services. This process includes uploading user data from devices to Google Cloud Storage and downloading data from Google Cloud Storage to devices to ensure data consistency across different devices. Of course, we will not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train general AI and/or ML models.
• Data storage : We store users' Google Cloud Storage data only for the necessary period. Backup data is stored directly in the user's Google Cloud Storage, not on our servers. Similarly, data transferred from local storage to Google Cloud or restored from Google Cloud to local storage is not transferred or stored on our servers or any third-party servers. We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of data during transmission and storage.
• Data sharing : We will not share users' Google Cloud Storage data with any third parties without the user's explicit consent, unless required by law. In such cases, we ensure that third parties adopt equivalent data protection measures.
• Data security : We use encryption and other security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure during transmission and storage. We regularly review and update our security policies to address emerging security threats.

Information Collected from Google APIs

When using information received from Google APIs and transmitting it to any other applications, we will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the restricted use requirements.

3.1 Data Security

The security of data is important to us, and we take industry-standard administrative and technical measures to fully protect the security of user data during transmission and storage. However, please note that no security measures are perfect. Although we strive to protect your personal data using commercially acceptable methods, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

3.2 Cross-Border Data Transfer

We will store the data collected within the territory of Mainland China in data centers located in Mainland China. If it is necessary to transfer your data overseas due to business development needs, we will comply with the relevant national laws and regulations on cross-border data transfer.

3.3 Data Transfer, Sharing, and Disclosure

We will not sell your personal information to third parties, but may disclose or share your personal data in the following circumstances:

• Disclosing with your explicit consent;
• Disclosing to our specific employees, affiliated companies, or technical service personnel of subsidiaries: We may need to share your personal information and other information with employees of specific departments, affiliated companies, or subsidiaries, or their technical or other staff, for the purpose of providing our products and services. These employees, affiliated companies, or subsidiaries may only store information necessary to perform their designated duties on our behalf.
• Disclosing to third-party partners: Some of our service functions are provided in collaboration with our third-party partners (such as contractors, agents, advertising partners, application developers, etc.). Therefore, we may share certain personal data with partners to normally provide services to you or achieve other purposes specified in the user agreement. • Corporate mergers, spin-offs, bankruptcies, etc.: In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale of all or part of the Company's assets, any information we own or control about you may be one of the assets transferred to third parties. In accordance with this privacy policy, you may uninstall all applications from each of your devices and stop using this website at any time, thereby freely choosing not to participate in the future collection of your personal information within the software.

In addition, we have a separate Guidelines for the Protection of Children's Personal Information for child users under the age of 14.

If you discover errors in the personal information we hold about you, you have the right to correct or update the incorrect or incomplete information. 6.5 Deletion of Your Personal Information

In the following circumstances, you may request the deletion of personal information by contacting us at [support@nextvantage.net]:

• Our processing of your personal information violates mandatory provisions of laws, regulations, etc.;
• We collected and processed your personal information without your consent;
• We collected and processed your personal information in violation of our agreement with you;
• One of our products or services ceases operations and no longer provides services to you;

6.6 Account Cancellation

You may self-service cancel your account through the account cancellation function guide in the application. We promise not to set unreasonable obstacles or conditions for your account cancellation request. Please note that once you cancel your account, you may be unable to use some products and services, and your previously accumulated data may be permanently and irreversibly deleted. Therefore, please operate with caution.

6.7 Withdrawal of Consent

You may revoke your previous authorization for us to collect, process, and disclose the personal information we control by adjusting relevant permission settings on your device. Depending on your settings, after revoking consent, you may no longer be able to continue using some functions and services. Your revocation of consent will not affect the legality of our previous collection and processing of your personal information based on consent.
